Shipping Methods And Charges Policy:
For domestic orders,Ketifa provides free shipping nationwide and currently we are in collaboration with Leopards Courier Service to dispatch all purchases within Pakistan.
Ketifa also provides international shipping as well. All internationally placed orders are required to pay additional shipping charges. International shoppers have the option of choosing the courier service as per their personal preference and the availability of it in their country/region
The final shipment charges (for international customers) displayed at check-out consist of the cost of the purchased items and standard shipment courier charges chosen. Ketifa only charges for freights. The customer is solely responsible for any international custom or duty tariffs or any other kind of imposed fees. Delivery Timeframe (Estimated)
For domestically placed order(s) the standard delivery time is between 3-5 working/business days, and approximately within 7-10 working/business days for international ones. In case of buying unstitched items (fabrics) and placing customized order(s), it will take approximately 1-2 days for processing the orders before the expected delivery time. However, this is a rough, estimation, and the delivery time is subject to the order’s processing time as well.
Shipping time should not be confused with delivery time.
• Your order depends on the availability of the size (item) and the article in stock.
• In the case of stitched items, it takes around 24 hours to process your order, and the delivery is scheduled for the next working/business day.
• A Working/business day excludes weekends and national (Pakistani) designated holidays.
• If your desired article has run out of stock, kindly contact us either via phone or email to check availability of the current and future stock status of a particular item.
• For international customers, we strongly advise you to use a currency converter before placing any order.
• For domestic customers, kindly check if Leopards Courier Service delivers orders in your area of residence. In case they don’t, contact us through either email or call for an alternative.
• Though our priority is to dispatch your order ASAP; the shipping timeframe is an approximate estimate. Delays in the delivery time are expected for both domestic and internationally placed orders. Things might slow down due to some instances like SALEs or when experiencing high volumes of orders or due to other factors (that are out of control) like storms or political strikes or even technicalities from courier service.
• In the case of a significant delay scenario, you will be contacted via an email or phone call immediately.
• However, in the case of any order getting stuck in customs or due to other mishaps in your country, Ketifa will not be held responsible for any delay caused.
