“What if the product color varies?”We ensure that the descriptions provided regarding the products are 100% accurate and you are likely to receive the exact product that you ordered for. Therefore a slight change is possible due to the aspect of re-dying the fabric.

Yes we do offer stitching. However, for that you would need to contact either the e-mail address given on our website or the number so that we can assist you.

We offer a variety of sizes to suit every customers’ needs. Our maximum size is XL.

In case of a fittings issue, you can contact our customer services but please note that you would be subjected to additional charges for any alteration.

In order to place an order, go to our e-store and look for a product you like, after that click on it and choose ‘add to cart’ and then click on ‘proceed to purchase.

You can shop with us without creating an account however, if you want to avail additional benefits regarding tracking your order then you should register with us.

Click on the sign up option and fill the required areas with your information. Do not miss out the areas with a * as they are mandatory. Once you are done with it, you can simple log in and your account will be functional.

In case of you have forgotten your password, go to our sign in page and follow the instructions for a forgotten password.

Please be assured that we deal with our customers confidentiality with extreme vigilance, your information will not be shared with any third party.

You can do that by clicking on ‘My Account’ and from there you can edit your phone number, current address and any other information you would like us to update.

We deliver unstitched in 3-5 days within Pakistan and 7-10 working days to ship our order internationally. However, if you have ordered a ‘made to order’ then it will take 2-3 weeks to reach you.

You can choose any of the following options depending on your feasibility and convenience:

  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. Credit Card Payment (Visa Debit/ Credit, Master Debit/ Credit)

You can get the product exchanged within 7 days only if you meet the required options mentioned below:

  1. The request for exchange is made within the time frame that was initially stated.
  2. The item(s) is damaged, faulty at the time of the delivery.
  • Anything is not there in the package such as the price tag, labels or original packing.
  1. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be exchanged.
  2. Discounted items will not be taken for exchange.

NOTE: In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs.

 You can only cancel the order if you submit your cancellation before the order has been shipped.

You can change the size before the shipment process begins.

In that case, you can contact our customer services and you will either be given an exchange option for that or an online store credit option with which you can avail some other product (minus the cost of shipping).

You can place your order for amendments within 24 hours since the receipt of your order. However If you place your order for amendment after 24 hours, you will be subjected to additional charges, therefore that will be decided after viewing the requested amendments.
