Exchange and Return
Our exchange and return policy comprises of the following points and our customers can have a look through all the ideas presented below:
- Any defected item is exchangeable only if it is returned within 7 days and it is in its original packaging along with the price tags.
- Items for sale can not be selected for exchange or return.
- Products with a slight change in color will not be exchanged or returned because there can be a little variation due to the quality of the images.
- The items of fabric will only be provided as long as they are mentioned with the product, other items attached in the photo shoot will not be provided to the customers.
- The exchange of items are based on stock availability and the additional costs are managed by the customers and the company is not responsible for it.
- In case of a wrong delivery of item, we offer free of charge service to get our customers the right product.
- Our monetary compensation will only be applicable if the return policy has been followed through out and the representative has requested for the return of the product.
- In case of any defect or fault in the product, contact our customer services department to get a better insight into the problem and possible actions that could be taken.
