The display of our colors are accurate on the website however we do not guarantee how you see them on your own. We don’t owe any refund or exchange based on the perception of your color related to your screen’s display. However, there are some instances where the color of the fabric may only slightly differ.
All products are subject to their availability, we will rightly inform you if the products you ordered are timely unavailable and we will surely offer you alternatives.
Acceptance of Order
The online process of checkout does not mean that the order has been accepted and in underway. The acceptance of the order will only be placed once we dispatch the order which will mark the initiation of the service from our side.
In case you have registered through an account, you will be notified through an email as soon as we receive your order.
All the products ordered will be the property of our company until and unless we attain proper payment from our customers regarding those products.
Delivery of the Order
The customer is required to make payments for import tariffs or other custom duties apart from the cost of the purchase. Additional expenses are decided upon based on the legislations internationally.
All deliveries are signed upon to ensure the receipt, we try twice to deliver at the address given by you. However in case nobody is available to sign for the receipt, we have the right to cancel the order.
Once the product is delivered, you are responsible for it and the company won’t be liable for any losses after delivery has taken place.
